This time I didn't garnish them, I just filled them with potatoes and sauce. They turn out very tasty.

Fry 12 tortillas in oil and place them on a plate. Blend 8 or 10 cooked tomatillos with a green chili, two sprigs of cilantro, 2 garlic cloves, and a piece of onion. Fry the sauce and add cream, mixing well. Add one or two teaspoons of chicken bouillon powder or salt.

Dip the tortillas in the sauce and, if desired, fill them with shredded chicken, shredded pork, cooked and chopped potatoes, or a piece of panela cheese in the middle.

Finish by covering them with the sauce and sprinkle fresh or grated panela cheese on top.
