5Carrot
2Green pepper
2Maggi
2 tablespoonsCurry
1Onions
5Tomatoes
as neededOil
Grated ginger and garlic paste (optional)

Steps

Cook and dry your liver then set aside

Oil on pan, add your onions, ginger and garlic then tomatoes and fry
3

Add your curry, carrot,maggi and liver, cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat
4

Add your green pepper and serve with rice.
