In a kadhai add milk bring it to boil.Boil milk till it becomes thicken.now add khoya and sugar mix well.Cook on low flame till it becomes thicker.switch off the flame.Now cool mixture on room temperature.In a plate add oil to grease it.Now add all the mixture in it.Give it time to set it takes 5-6 hours,after that cut it into the small square shape and serve.
