Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped fenugreek leaves fresh or dry
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 1/2 tbsred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbscoriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsturmeric powder
  • 1 pinchhing
  • As required Oil for cooking

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan take wheat flour add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, methi leaves and curd

    By adding some water make dough and rest it for 10 minutes

    Now make small ball of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin

    Hot tawa place rolled dough apply oil cook both sides light brown
