Grate potatoes put in water

Rinse out all the water from potatoes then put in a mixing bowl add onion, 1 egg, salt n pepper and chilli powder mix

Add flour and cheese mix everything together. add a bit of flour if it is too wet

Pre heat the non stick pan add little bit of oil, using a spoon or spatula- shape it like hash brown n cook on each side at least for 3 min with medium to low heat, occasionally turn n cook until potatoes r cooked through, enjoy with baked beans for breakfast
