Wash and Soak Moong dal for 4 hours. Grind it coarsely In a heated pan add ghee. Add 2 tbsp of semolina and

Chick Pea Flour to it. Add paste of moong dal. --Roast it for 30 to 35 minutes. Once it starts releasing fat --add hot boiling water. And cook it for 10 minutes

Add Sugar to it and again cook for 10 minutes. Add cardamom and dry fruits to it. And serve hot
