Chena Poda is an Odia dessert recipe which means burnt cheese. It is also offered to Lord Vishnu in Jagganath Temple.
Steps

Take milk in a deep vessel and bring it to a boil.

When milk starts boiling, add juice of one lemon mixed with 2 tbsp water / 1/2 cup dahi in parts to the milk and keep stirring.

After a few minutes of stirring, milk will start curdling.

Strain the mixture and take chena (paneer) in a separate bowl. Don't squeeze all the water out.

Add sugar, semolina in the mixture and give it a thorough mix

Now add 1 tbsp desi ghee,nuts, cardamon powder. Add some whey if the mixture is dry and mix till everything is combined well.

In a deep kadhai/ cooker put salt and let it heat for 10 minutes

Grease a cake tin/ any steel container and pour the chena mixture in it.

After preheating the kadhai, put a stand and pur container over it. Cover and let it bake for about 30.35 minutes

Demould once cool enough to touch.Garnish with some nuts and cardamon.
