Ingredients

  • 1 ltrmilk
  • 100 gmssugar
  • strandsSaffron
  • 1/2 tspElaichi powder
  • As requiredGrated dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadai boil 1ltr milk on high flame and add saffron strands to it...

  2. 2

    Now let it cook on medium flame until the milk reduces to half and all the malai is formed...

    Once done now add sugar and keep stirring it until all the sugar is dissolved and give it a final boil and turn off the stove...

  4. 4

    Now add Elaichi powder to it and mix it well and store it in air tight container and garnish it with grated dry fruits and refrigerate it for about 3-4 hrs...

  5. 5

    Lachedar kesar Elaichi Rabdi is ready to be served!!!
