  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tsphaldi

  • 1 tspZeera
  • 2whole Dry red chillies
  • Fewcurry leaves

    Wash and soak whole masoor dal.Boil dal with haldi and salt.

  2. 2

    Heat oil add rai,let it crackle, add zeera,red chilli,onion slices, ginger garlic paste, tomato chopped,let it cook,add Curry leaves,hing when cooked add to boiled mashed dal.
