2 cupsmashed boiled potatoes
2cups, flour
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
Spices (salt, cinnamon, ginger) to tatse
4eggs
1/2 cupvegetable oil or melted butter

Whisk together the dry ingredients

In another bowl, whisk the eggs together with the vegetable oil
