Ingredients

  • Halfkg bottle gourd (lauki)
  • 5whole red chilli
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3tomatoes
  • Halfcup oil
  • Turmeric powder
  • 2small onions
  • 5garlic cloves
  • 4green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add bottle gourd (lauki) whole red chilli turmeric powder salt oil cumin seeds garlic cloves cooked 30 mins on low flame.... after 30 mins add green chillies cooked more 5 mins on high flame then bottle gourd (lauki) left oil off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves

    And lauki ki sabzi ready to serve 🤤🤤
