In a kadhai, add butter,green chilli and tomato

Keep cooking on medium heat and keep mashing

Add all spices and potatoes

Keep mashing and add water.

Keep stirring and mashing. Cover the lid and cook for 5 mins

Remove lid. Keep mashing. And cook for 5 more minutes. Mix well. Garnish with fresh cilantro and butter.

Cut buns into two and butter the inner side and fry on medium heat.

Your pav bhaji is ready to be eaten
