Low Carb Chaffles Low Carb Chaffles
First time I made a chaffle. Was looking for something to help replace buns but I made breakfast instead by making this and smearing cream cheese on it. Haven't used it as a bun yet but I bet this would make a great bun substitute made this way. I smoke my own cheese and I'm sure that's what made these amazing but as I've never had them with unsmoked cheese I have nothing to compare it to. I'll Have Some Of That! -

So it's kinda keto, just depends on how you do keto and your macros. I didn't figure them for this recipe, as it depends on the ingredients you use. Also this amount makes 2 mini waffle maker chaffles, scale up as needed. I tripled it and made it in a regular waffle maker.Erin

Half and Half Dressing/Stuffing Half and Half Dressing/Stuffing
Dressing/stuffing is essentially a savory bread pudding, and there's about a million different ways to make it. I call this half and half dressing because it's half "traditional", half cornbread. It's the way we came to a dressing compromise in our house. Lol. One thing is for sure though, we like ours moist in the center and crisp around the edges. This is what you should be able to achieve with this recipe. StephieCanCook
