Ingredients

  • 350 g (1 pack)hard tofu
  • 100 gminced beef
  • 15 cmspring onion
  • leek
  • 1 piecegarlic
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 1 teaspoonChinese chicken paste or chicken cube
  • 1/2 teaspoonwhite pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonJapanese pepper(Sansho pepper)
  • to tastesalt
  • 100 mlwater+2 teaspoon starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut tofu and vegetables.

    Fry garlic and ginger with vegetable oil. Then add beef and spring onion.

    Add tofu and seasonings. Put starch water and cook well and salt to taste.

    Put leek.
