Ingredients

250 gmsweet potato cut to coins
1/4 cupjaggery
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
as neededCashew for garnishing

In a pan take ghee add sweet potato and mix add jaggery, cardamom powder and mix well

Cover with lid ang cook for 5-8 mins.

Stir occasionally. Ready yo serve
