Ingredients

  • 4raw potatoes (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, amchur powder, Red chilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 cupswhole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  • as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Squeeze the water out of the grated potatoes and add all the mentioned spices.

    Make dough of the flour and in balls of this dough fill the grated raw potatoes.

  3. 3

    Make parathas out of this balls and Cook them in medium flame with oil on both sides.

  4. 4

    Serve with tomato ketchup and chips.
