Steps

First peel the potatoes & wash well then grate them

Then add all purpose flour, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt & chat masala and mix well

Heat oil in a pan & add potato mixture on it spread well like chilla & cover it with a lid, cook for 5 minute in low flame

Now flip the potato pizza base & spread pizza sauce on the cooked side

Then spread grated mozzarella cheese all over it then add sliced tomatoes, onion,capsicums then add some cheese over the veggies sprinkle black pepper powder & chilli flakes then cover & cook for 5 minutes more

Now your potato pizza is ready to eat
