2carrots cut into pieces(Gajar)
2potatoes cut into pieces (aloo)
handfulpeas(Matar)
2 tspoil
1 tspcumin seeds
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
1 tspginger and chilli paste
to tastesalt
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspblack pepper powder

In a cooker.add oil and cumin seeds.then add onion mix well.cook for two minutes.now add all the spices.mix,add tomato and ginger and chilli paste.mix well.add vegetables.give a nice mix.cover the cook with lid and wait till 2 whistles.serve hot with chapati.ready to serve.
