Ingredients

  • Ouaker oat
  • Beans
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel your beans to remove the back. Allow peeled beans soak for 30minute

  2. 2

    Put beans in blender add pepper and onions and blend till smooth

  3. 3

    Place a pot on fire add oil and a piece of onion. Allow to heat up and scoop your beans place. Fry till golden brown

  4. 4

    For Oat. Add hot to pot of water. Place pot on heat. Stir and cook till oat is well cook

  5. 5

    Serve hot with sweetener of your choice and milk
