Ingredients

  1. 500 gmpotato
  2. 5tomato
  3. 2onion (big in size)
  4. 1capsicum (big in size)
  5. 2 tablespoonred chilli
  6. To tasteSalt according
  7. 2 tablespoonPav bhaji masala
  8. As neededCoriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly give one whistle to peeled potatoes.

    When the potato boil mash them properly.

    Take a pan put oil add onion and cook it until it's colour change to Brown then add pav bhaji masala in onion.roast masala for few seconds then add tomato and capsicum.add salt and red chilli powder in it.keep a lid on the pan.

    When tomato and capsicum cook properly aur oil comes out in the side of pan that means the gravy is cook properly then add mashed potatoes inn the gravy.keep again a lid on the pan and cook for some time.potato bhaji is ready.

    Garnish with coriander,onion and lemon, serve with pav.
