Steps

Cut the potatoes in long slices and boil it in water. Also add salt in it. 1/2 teaspoon. Drain the potatoes. After cooling add 1/2 teaspoon cornflour and little AMT of salt and mix it well.

Now deep fry till golden brown.

In a pan (High flame) with 1 tablespoon oil add green chilli chopped, garlic chopped, adrak chopped, sliced onion and some spring onion. Add the fried potatoes in in this and add 1 tablespoon Soya sauce, vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. At last add a little mix of water and cornflour. Toss for 2 mins.

Garnish with spring onion. ENJOY!
