  • 2big onions
  • 1crushed garlic
  • 1 tbspTomato paste
  • 1pilipili
  • Spices: you spice to your liking.. you don't have to use all😊
  • Royco
  • cubesBeef
  • 1 pinchcinnamon
  • Curry powder
  • Garam masala
  • Cumin
  • leavesRosemary
  • Ginger
  • Garam masala
  • Mixed spices

Steps

    Please be keen on this first steps🙏.. peel the membrane of the liver.. yes it has a skin inakaa cellotape🙈 do not forget please🙆‍♀️otherwise it will be tough when chewing

    Another crucial step.. soak your liver in milk.. for like 30 min.. removes the germs.. bitter taste and soften.. afterwards rinse off and pat dry

    Chop your ingredients

    Fry onions and salt and garlic

    Add your liver and dry fry.. please don't add water.. please.. peek the cookpad mwiko🙈

    Add your spices plus pilipili.. spicing depends on your liking. Some like it too spicy.. i prefer subtle so a pinch of everything😊

    Stir.. then add tomatoes and tomato paste.. you can add soy sauce

    Aki so far sijaona nkiandika add water so don't be tempted.. huwa ikishika chini ukiweka nyanya inaachana.. resist the urge😭
