Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cuppoha
  • 1/4 table spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 table spoonsugar
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1/2 tablespoonmustard seeds
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • As neededpoha masala
  • 1/4 cupindori sev
  • 1/4 cupother namkeen according to your taste
  • 1chopped tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Take poha in a strainer. and begin to rinse the poha in clean water 2-3 times.

  2. 2

    Now drain the water and add salt, turmeric powder and sugar and mix lightly.

    And allow it rest for 5 minutes than again mix it and again leave it for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now take a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds splutter. than add peanut and saute it than add green chilli and poha and mix well and cover pan with lid for 2 minutes.and turn off the gas.

    Now take a serving plate add poha and sev, chopped onion, chopped tomato, and garnish it with masala and chopped coriander.
