Take poha in a strainer. and begin to rinse the poha in clean water 2-3 times.

Now drain the water and add salt, turmeric powder and sugar and mix lightly.

And allow it rest for 5 minutes than again mix it and again leave it for 10 minutes.

Now take a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds splutter. than add peanut and saute it than add green chilli and poha and mix well and cover pan with lid for 2 minutes.and turn off the gas.

Now take a serving plate add poha and sev, chopped onion, chopped tomato, and garnish it with masala and chopped coriander.
