  • French baguette sliced diagonally no more than an inch thick
  • 2farm fresh eggs
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2 tablespoonsvanilla at least..be brave
  • 1 cupheavy whipping creme THE GOOD STUFF

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack eggs into a med sized bowl, whisk in cream,vanilla, and the sugar.

  2. 2

    Brown in a hot skillet top with a pat of butter, add syrup....

  3. 3

    Serve hot with warmed buttered syrup

Waited 49 years to finally move to the "country" whoooohooo. hugelkulture...........permaculture...and rethinking EVERYTHING I thought I knew about food....chickens goats geese ducks guineas...dogs &cats.... wow we are tired & happy!!!! fresh eggs anyone?
