Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupcoconut
  • 2 slicesbread (crust removed)
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 droprose essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend everything together (milk, sugar, coconut, bread, eggs, vanilla essence and rose essence).

  2. 2

    Bake in a greased pyrex for 30 mins at 180*C.

  3. 3

    Decorate when cold with Nestle cream almonds or pistachios.
