Take all ingredeints ready to make. Firstly prepare chenna with lemon juice. Now seive the chenna in cotyon cloth for 4-5 hours (try to left little amount of water in chenna for smoothness).

Now mash the chenna well from your clean hands.Now add saffron and rose water in it.

Atlast add sugar as per your taste or 2-3 tbsp and mix well,take ahot glasses now.

Fill kschha gulla in piping with rose nozzle and cut from front.Now fill the possets in shot glasses.
