Steps

Soak the wheat over night. Strain it and dry it for 1 hr. Now grind it coarsely.

Now heat milk, and heat it 10-15min at low flame. Now add grinded wheat, and cook till it thickened.

Now add jaggery, mix well and cook for 3-4 min. Now add cardamom powder. Mix well. Off the flame.

Remove from pan and add mix dry fruits. Keep in fridge and serve it.
