  2. Pinchcinnamon powder
  3. Pinchpowder sugar
  4. Pinchsalt (optional)
  5. 1 tspCorn flour /corn starch
  6. Oil for frying

    Wash and peel off apples

    Half cut and remove seeds

    Coat with corn flour

    Heat oil in a pan on low to medium flame

    Now put your fries in hot oil and fry till light golden...

    Take out your friends on paper towel and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon powder. Your fries are ready serve is with tea coffee or whatever you want. Enjoy

    Tips: Don't add too much flour as it will destroy it's taste

    Don't over cook it otherwise it will taste baad
