4 servings

12Baby Potatoes OR 4 large Potatoes
80 gButter *20g per serving
2 tablespoonsSoy Sauce
2-3Spring Onion *finely chopped

Steps

Wash Potatoes well, cut in half if very large, and boil in salty water until tender. Break them into 2 to 3 pieces each.

Heat Butter in a frying pan. When it is melted, add Soy Sauce and Potatoes, and combine well.

Sprinkle some chopped Spring Onions and serve HOT.
