Procedure**
Proof the yeast by dissolving in warm milk, add a teaspoon of sugar and set aside for 5 minutes.

Combine the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add the proofed yeast and egg (1). Mix together and transfer to a lightly floured work surface. Add the butter and knead until a smooth and elastic dough is formed.

This will take about 10-15 minutes.

Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and shape into round balls. Place the rolls on a lightly greased and floured baking tray at least two inches apart.

Cover the rolls and place in a warm place to rise for another 30 minutes.

Brush the surface of the rolls with egg wash and bake @ 200 degree centigrade for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool for few minutes and enjoy😎
