Ingredients

  1. 500 gpotatoes (cut into cubes)
  2. 1 cupfresh cilantro (chopped)
  3. 7 clovesgarlic (minced)
  4. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  5. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  6. 1 teaspoondried red chilli flakes
  7. 1 teaspoonground coriander seed
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt
  9. vegetable oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel & wash the potatoes, cut into small cubes or as desired

  2. 2

    Deep fry the potatoes until crisp & golden

  3. 3

    Wash the cilantro, drain, then chop

  4. 4

    Mince the garlic cloves

  5. 5

    In a large saute pan, on a medium heat, add  2 tablespoons of vegetable oil & saute the garlic untill fragrant & golden

  6. 6

    Then add the cilantro and stir for 1 minute. Season with the dry ground coriander seeds, chili and salt to taste.

    Add the potatoes and mix well until all the ingredients have combined together. Remove  from the heat

    Stir in the lemon juice

  9. 9

    Garnish the dish as desired.

    Serve cold as a delicious appetiser
