In a pan take 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water and heat, keep stirring make a 1 thread sugar syrup.

In a pan heat ghee and put besan (gram flour), roast in slow flame up to golden texture.

When aromatic switch off gas and put sugar syrup into it, keep stirrings continuously.

Grease a plate and put mixture into plate and spread it carefully with the help of spatula.

Leave it for 1 hour to let it cool and cut it in diamond or square pieces.

Garnish with dry fruits and grated coconut.
