Ingredients

  • 1kilo beef
  • 1 1/2 cupchany ki Dal 2 Aalo10-12 garlic cloves
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 1onion
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 15-16button red chilli
  • 2 tbspcrushed coriander
  • 2 tbspgarammasalah powder
  • 2egg whites
  • 4 tbspcorn flour
  • For hara masala:-
  • 1 bunchhara dhanya
  • 5-6green chilli
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 1onion
  • 1/4 cuppodinah
  • Cheese for filling
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Beef my 1 glass Pani,garlic cloves,ginger,onion,salt, coriander,red chilli Dal Kar boil krny rakh dyn.

    Chany ki Dal ko 2 hours KY liye Pani my bhigodyn.

    Jab beef half done ho jy to dal Aalo Dal Kar pakayn.

  4. 4

    Jab Dal r aalo soft ho jy r beef bhi tender ho jy to thanda Kar KY chopper my pes Lyn.

  5. 5

    R agar Shami kabab ka dough dry Hy to egg white dalyn.r agar soft Hy to corn flour Dal Kar mix Karyn.

  6. 6

    Chopper my hara masala Dal Kar chopped karlyn.

  7. 7

    Ab kabab KY center my hara masalah r cheese fill Karyn kabab banyn r medium flame Par fry karlyn.
