Boil potatoes add salt. peel and prick with fork.Heat oil in a pan saute potatoes till golden brown and take out on tissue paper.

Now in same pan add cinemon cardamom cloves saute and add ginger garlic paste chopped onion. Saute properly till it brown. Let it cool.

Meanwhile chopped and make puree of tomatoes. Now churn onion mixture and make a smooth paste.Add red chilli powder turmeric powder cumin corriender powder and tomato puree mix well. Add cashew nut paste. Saute properly. Beat curd and add, in greavy add pepper powder potatoes garam masala and dry roast kasuri methi. Saute for 2min. And cover cook on slow flame till oil release.

Tasty delicious Dum Aloo is ready to serve.Garnish with chopped corriender and grated paneer.
