Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgbhindi
  • 2 teaspoonbesan
  • 1 teaspoonghee
  • 2onions
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in a pan and heat it

  2. 2

    Add besan and saute it

  3. 3

    Add bhindi and stir till almosy 2 min

  4. 4

    Then add chopped onion and all the masalas

  5. 5

    Cook until it leaves ghee

  6. 6

    Bhindi is ready to serve with chpati
