Ingredients

  • 1thin sliced onion
  • 2thin sliced potatoes
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • As neededoil for deep frying
  • As neededwater according to need

    Make a thick batter of besan with water

  2. 2

    Add the ingredients & mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan.Dip potatoes & onions in the batter & one by one deep fry them.

    Serve hot.
