Ingredients

  1. 1thin sliced onion
  2. 2thin sliced potatoes
  3. 1 cupbesan
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  6. As neededoil for deep frying
  7. As neededwater according to need

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a thick batter of besan with water

  2. 2

    Add the ingredients & mix well.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan.Dip potatoes & onions in the batter & one by one deep fry them.

    Serve hot.
