Cheesy garlic bread meatball ring

I like to try out different recipe I find on Pinterest and make small changes to them to make it easier, I found this to be time consuming as I do make my own pizza dough, can use a store bought easy one , it’s just wrapping all the meatballs was wow this is taking for ever! Lol ! I served this with spaghetti , so instead of having meatballs in my spaghetti, it was in the garlic cheesy bread , my kids was surprised 😮 what’s this?! Lol there was mix likes and dis likes , I just have one kid who doesn’t like meatballs so. It was fun to do but not something I’d probably do again unless it’s just a snack . This is also all over YouTube.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat up meatballs, as many as you like. Using bag instructions.
- 2
Preheat oven to 350°
- 3
Pinch off a ball of the mixture, roll between your hands to make ping pong ball-sized meatball.
- 4
With your hands or a rolling pin, flatten out the pizza dough rounds and top with a tablespoon of marinara and mozzarella cheese. (doesn’t have to be perfect)
- 5
Place one meatball over the dough and wrap the dough over the meatball pinching at the seams to close.
Place the balls in a circle, seam-side down, in a cast-iron skillet.
Mix the melted butter with garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning. Brush the balls with the garlic butter mixture.
- 6
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
Place a bowl of warm marinara sauce in the middle of the skillet. Sprinkle the balls with parsley.
Enjoy!

Note- I don’t know why mine didn’t brown up... maybe a egg wash instead the butter... I even set it on broiler at the end and nothing.... another Pinterest recipe I found and made some small changes to. (You can make your own meatballs,)I don’t have time so I took a big shortcut.(can use cookie sheet)

If you use homemade meatballs, cook them before sealing in pizza dough.

Cheesy Garlic Bread Cheesy Garlic Bread
Homemade garlic bread is so much better than store bought. Make it a cheesy garlic bread and you've got a delicious side that just might outshine that pasta dish you're serving it with! Dijon mustard may seem like an odd addition, but I promise you the tang of this condiment adds a special element that brightens up all the other flavors, and will leave you wondering where this side has been all your life! 😉 StephieCanCook -

My family loves cheesy bread and garlic bread. One day I was cooking Chicken Alfredo and realized I forgot to get the frozen bread from the store. It was too late to go back out. So I used what I had on hand it's simple, easy to assembly and ingredients you already have available. I hope you enjoy!!! Serita Robin -
