Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  • 2 packetsMaggi atta noodles
  • 1/4 cupcarrots cut into julienne
  • 1/4 cupgreen peas
  • 1big onion cut into long pieces
  • 1/2 cupgreen bell peppers cut into julienne
  • 1/4 cuppotatoes cut into long pieces
  • 2 tbspginger garlic and green chilli paste
  • 1/2 cupTomato Puree(3 medium size tomatoes)
  • 1&1/2 tsp homemade garam masala
  • 1 packetMaggie masala
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 2 tbspred chilli sauce
  • 3 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1 tspsugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 cupswater to boil Maggie
  • For tempering:
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 3-4cloves
  • 1/2bay leaf
  • 4-5black pepper
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 Inchlong cinnamon stick

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a non-stick pan place all ingredients of tempering and heat it.

  2. 2

    After mustard seeds crackles add cut vegetables and ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.

  3. 3

    Cover it and cook till all the vegetables are cooked. Meanwhile boil water and cook Maggie and drain the boiled water.

  4. 4

    Add the sauces after the vegetables are cooked. Add salt and sugar to it.

  5. 5

    Mix everything properly and add the boiled maggi to it.
