Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupflour
  • 3/4 cupcaster sugar
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1heap full tabspoon butter
  • 1 tea spoonbaking powder
  • 1 tea spoonLemon essence
  • 2 dropsyellow colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour and baking powder and put a side.

  2. 2

    Warm milk and melt butter in it. Put a side

  3. 3

    Beat eggs. Add sugar till creamy.

  4. 4

    Add essence and colour in it. Fold dry ingredients.

  5. 5

    Add milk in batter and fold.
