  3. Fresh peppe (grate)
  4. Grated onion
  5. Salt
  6. Oil

    Ingredients

    Cut the edges of the bread

  3. 3

    Whisk egg and add peppe and onion and salt

  4. 4

    Pour the egg in heated pan and put the bread at the edge. Use the other edge to fold it and fry for few minutes.

    One egg for one bread

    Cut it in triangle shape. Ready to eat. Easy and fast to make
