Peel and remove the garlic buds. While peeling garlic, applying a little oil on the fingers will not cause the smell of garlic in your hands. Take garlic bud, salt, coriander leaves,coriander powder in a mortar and grind it with pestle.

You can also use a mixer grinder or food processor. Now add red chilli powder and kachri (wild cucumber) to the crushed garlic chutney and add water, take the return code. Garlic chutney is ready.

Served it with bhakri, makki ki roti or theplas.You can store this chutney in the refrigerator for 10 days.
