Ingredients

  • 3 tbspmustard oil
  • 1potato cut into long sliced
  • 1 tbsppanch poron
  • 1/2 cupcarrot small cubes
  • 1bitter gourd cut into long sliced
  • 1 tbspchopped ginger
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 tspfennel seeds
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 tbspmustard paste
  • 2 tbsppoppy seed paste
  • 1drumsticks cut into long slice
  • 1/2 cupridge gourd cubed
  • as per tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble Panch poron.

    Heat oil in a karahi & add panch poron.Fry all the veggies one by one.

    Now fry potato, bitter gourd, drumstick, ridge gourd and carrot one by one and set them aside.
    Now add green chilli and chopped ginger in the oil and saute.

    Now add poppy seed paste and mustard paste in it and stir well, add sugar and salt.Now add all the fried vegetables and stir well.

    Then add the milk and fennel seed and stir well for 5 mints.
    Now add ghee and switch off the flame.
    Serve hot with rice.
