  1. 1 kgBeef Flank
  2. 1/2 cuppotato starch
  3. Sauce
  4. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  5. 2/3 cupwater
  6. 1/3brown sugar
  7. 2 tbsphoi Sin sauce
  8. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  9. 1/2 tbspWhite pepper
  10. Stir Fry
  11. 1broccoli
  12. 2carrots juliette
  13. 1 tbspfinely chopped ginger
  14. 5gloves of garlic
  15. 4spring onions
  16. 1/2brown onion
  17. 1 tbsppotato starch

Cooking Instructions

    Slice beef and mix with potato starch, leave for 30 min

  2. 2

    Mix Sauce Ingredients

  3. 3

    Sear meat quickly, can still be red, remove and let rest, do in batches

  4. 4

    Stir fry brown onions garlic and ginger until fragrant

  5. 5

    Add vegetables and potato starch, cook until one side brown

  6. 6

    Add sauce then meat, stir fry until sauce thickens

  7. 7

    Add spring onions
