Pista phirni
Steps

Soak the basmati rice for 3hr. Then dry in and a make a rough powder like sooji from it. Grind the pistachios in the same rough texture.

Take a pan heat 1lit of milk. After one boil add the grinded rice in to it and cook in a low flame.

After 15min add the grinded pistachos to the mixture and cook in low flame.

After 10min add the sugar, cardamom powder and condensed milk to it and cook for 5min. It will come to a thick consistency.

Cool it down and serve in phirni plate.
