Ingredients

  • 1 spoonOlive Oil
  • 2 piecesGarlic
  • 2 spoonsBasil (fresh)
  • 1,5 cupsWater
  • 1/3 cupOatmeal
  • 3/4 cupsTomato sauce
  • 2 spoonsPesto
  • 40 gParmesan
  • 1 spoonWhite Wine (optional)
  • 1/2 cupsMarinaded vegetables (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil into saucepan and roast Garlic and Basil for 3-5 min with a middle fire.

  2. 2

    Add wine and water. Make it boil. Add Oatmeal. Lower the fire to middle one. Cook for 3-5 min.

  3. 3

    Add Tomato sauce and Pesto. Add cheese and mix it until cheese melts. Serve with vegetables.
