Wash all the dials with 2 cup water & put them in cooler.After a whistle, slow down the flame & cook for 30 minutes let them cool.

Heat pure ghee in a pan with cumin seeds.When they crackle, add ginger garlic paste.put this in the cooker & mix well

Serve hot with naan
