Ingredients

4 servings
  • 100 gramseekh
  • 1thick sliced onion
  • 1/2cubed green capsicum
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspsoya sause
  • 1 tsptomato ketchup
  • As neededoil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the seekh in small pieces & deep fry them.

  2. 2

    Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan with onions,green capsicum & all the ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add fried seekh & saute for few minutes.Serve hot
