Peel, chop and rinse potatoes.

Rinse the scotch bonnet, onion, spinach and chop.

Fry onion, add scotch bonnet, salt, seasoning and spices, stir fry and add water, let it boil. Add Irish and cook. Add spinach when it's 5 minutes to take off the heat. Serve and enjoy.
