Cooking Instructions

Mix together white chili beans, rotel, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning and chicken breasts.

INSTANT POT: Cook for 15 minutes at high pressure. Do a quick release. SLOW COOKER: Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

Shred chicken and stir to combine. Serve in bowls with optional toppings of lime juice, sour cream and cilantro. Enjoy!

This was my first time cooking Chili and I'm very proud of the outcome.If you're like me and don't follow seasoning measurements that well, feel free to add more or less of the ones I suggested or even add your own kick & twist to it! IYou can make this more on the spicy side or more of just a regular semi spicy type. You can make in crockpot with fresh chicken or stovetop with a shredded rotisserie chicken. You can serve by itself, over elbow noodles/rice/ or in tortillas. See tips below in my directions. LISA DUNSON -
