Method for chole: in a heated pan add oil, Laing, paste of onion,black pepper, cumin seeds,red chilli,garlic,ginger.

When the paste is golden brown then add all the above spices along with little water.

Add tomato puree till it free from oil. Add pressure cooked chole and water as per required.

Bhature: take bowl, add maida, suji, curd and water. Near them properly. Rest for 4 hrs. Make balls and give Puri shape. Fry in high flame. Now bhature is ready to serve with chole.
